WHY Do you ONLY have ONE Multiple Stream of Income?

I know a few people who do have multiple income streams, however that is done with the taking on of another job.

I hope that if you are on here, and you are reading this, that this IS NOT YOU. This isn’t how you build multiple income streams.

This is how you run yourself into the ground. You’re not working to make your own dreams come true, your working to make someone else’s dreams come true.

With a Job working for someone else you might build a comfortable life, but you will never build a life of Freedom.

You need to think differently, Wealthy people think differently because they focus on TWO Income Sources.

Passive Income and Residual Income.

Now before I help you understand let me tell you this. It is STILL Work, however you don’t have a boss, if you want to earn a little then do what you want to do, if you want to earn a lot then scale it up.

This is YOUR Business, it is YOU who is in the helm of it. You will probably need to learn new skills, you will probably need to keep your knowledge up there, and you will probably need to SPEND MONEY.

Many people think that you can do this all for free. Listen, that’s a lie they sell you so that you keep on buying their crap. There is no push button system, anything you buy won’t make you money. YOU will make you money, taking action with the knowledge you have gained will make you money. ANYTHING you buy is a tool to help you.

Think about it, Hosting, Autoresponder, MassPlanner they are all tools so that you can do more and have the time to take out the tediousness of what you are creating.

So just now with your JOB, your trading your Time for Money. Let me explain the difference between Passive income and Residual Income, remember the two sources that the wealthy focus on that I mentioned above.

So Passive Income – What does it mean? Passive Income means the money you make comes in each week, month etc without you directly swapping your time for money. My passive programs that I am part of are Karatbars and Valentus.

Residual Income this one is a good one. You build the source of income ONCE and the money comes in over and over. I have one source I promoted a few years ago and it has paid me every single month on time since then.

I know many people want to come online and make money, they give up their jobs to do this full time, or they come online and say “I need a few thousand by the end of the month to pay my {Rent|bills|car|medical} <== You Choose.

They don’t understand about Passive Income – Residual Income – Your Offline Income.

Your offline income is what I call your Real Money. This is the income source that pays your day to day, this is what is commonly known as your Active Income. You work and hour you get paid an hour. You want more pay you work over time or you get a promotion. (How likely are these though).

If you do want to build an online income, I tell people this is where your dreams are made real. Then you need to keep your active income going for as long as you can until your online exceeds your offline.

Remember this, your active income, you work an hour you get paid an hour. Being online there are only 24 hours in a day so if you want to build up your income just remember there are only 24 hours in a day that you are NOT getting paid because you are not swapping your time for money.

If you really want financial freedom you need to think differently and your focus must change to the two we have spoken about

Passive Income and Residual Income

These two sources are needed to help you build multiple income streams that will help you build financial freedom.

So what is this Magic Thing Called?

Network Marketing.  Pure and simple. You will start to see offline big corporations starting to shift their work force efforts to independent distributors. WHY pay large fees for buildings, insurance, rent, and WAGES when they can sell MORE of their product with less of the outcome and more of the income to people like you and I.

Each and every one of us who gets into Network Marketing becomes our OWN Business Owner. I am going to share with you here the greatest advantage of all of this so that you don’t waste years of your time on this. There is a way that you can seriously build an income that will replace and excel past your current offline job income and it is called…

Leverage.

Wealthy people, Network Marketers and people expose to the Leverage Business model recognize this in Network Marketing Programs. This business model is something you build once and it pays over and over.

I’ve read a few times where Donald Trump has said if he lost everything and had to start all over again they would build using the Network Marketing Model for their Business.

In Network Marketing we are not teaching you to become an employee we are helping you become a Leader in your own business.

It is actually a bit like watching paint dry, it really can be very boring, unless you like to watch paint dry. With compounding Interest you’re not going to see results overnight. This is why getting into Network Marketing is a BUSINESS.

Rich or Poor

I hear many times from people, I don’t have enough money, I can’t do AutoShip, the list goes on and on for reasons NOT to. We all have TIME, and that is all you need. Think about it, the 25 year old kid who wants to build their Networth has more time than the 75 year old starting. If you can’t afford it this month, save up till next month.

Warren Buffet: “I always knew I was going to be rich, so I was never in a hurry to”. It comes down to TIME.

So no matter if you are Rich or Poor, your $500 against the $5.000.000 time still means you grow as the same speed. Yes they have more income more opportunity but the relevance here is TIME. To earn say 10% it’s all down to time.

What I am getting at is Start Now, Lay the foundation, Build your business, Train Your Leaders. You have time.

I don’t want you to trade Time for Money, I want you to enjoy life, and I want you to embrace the idea of Network Marketing and the Power of AutoShip to help you build Passive Income and Residual Income. I see a lot of people making some really dangerous mistakes that can keep them at a level of Failure, for them to think then that all of this is a scam.

Multiple Programs – Joining loads of different programs and not focusing until you build them. This is disastrous because you will fail. I’m telling you now you won’t make twice the money you will be doing twice the work for less than nothing in return.

Everything Happens For a Reason

Everything that happens to us happens in purpose. Sometimes, one thing leads to another. Instead of locking yourself up in your cage of fears and crying over past heartaches, embarrassment and failures, treat them as your teachers and they will become your tools in both self improvement and success.

I remember watching Patch Adams. Its one great film that will help you improve yourself. Hunter “patch” Adams is a medical student who failed to make it through the board exams. After months of suffering in melancholy, depression and suicidal attempts – he decided to seek for medical attention and voluntarily admitted himself in a psychiatric ward.  His months of stay in the hospital led him to meeting different kinds of people. Sick people in that matter. He met a catatonic, a mentally retarded, a schizophrenic and so on. Patch found ways of treating his own ailment and finally realized he has to get back on track. He woke up one morning realizing that after all the failure and pains he has gone through, he still want to become the a doctor. He carries with himself a positive attitude that brought him self improvement and success. He didn’t only improved himself, but also the life of the people around him and the quality of life. Did he succeed? Needless to say, he became the best damn doctor his country has ever known.

So, when does self improvement become synonymous with success? Where do we start? Take these tips, friends…

• Stop thinking and feeling as if you’re a failure, because you’re not. How can others accept you if YOU can’t accept YOU?
• When you see hunks and models on TV, think more on self improvement, not self pitying. Self acceptance is not just about having nice slender legs, or great abs. Concentrate on inner beauty.
• When people feel so down and low about themselves, help them move up. Don’t go down with them. They’ll pull you down further and both of you will end up feeling inferior.
• The world is a large room for lessons, not mistakes. Don’t feel stupid and doomed forever just because you failed on a science quiz. There’s always a next time. Make rooms for self improvement.
• Take things one at a time. You don’t  expect black sheep’s to be goody-two-shoes in just a snap of a finger. Self improvement is a one day at a time process.
• Self improvement results to inner stability, personality development and dig this …. SUCCESS. It comes from self confidence, self appreciation and self esteem.
• Set meaningful and achievable goals. Self improvement doesn’t turn you to be the exact replica of Cameron Diaz or Ralph Fiennes. It hopes and aims to result to an improved and better YOU.
• Little things mean BIG to other people. Sometimes, we don’t realize that the little things that we do like a pat on the back, saying “hi” or “hello”, greeting someone “good day” or telling Mr. Smith something like “hey, I love your tie!” are simple things that mean so much to other people. When we’re being appreciative about beautiful things around us and other people, we also become beautiful to them.
• When you’re willing to accept change and go through the process of self improvement, it doesn’t mean that everyone else is. The world is a place where people of different values and attitude hang out. Sometimes, even if you think you and your best friend always like to do the same thing together at the same time, she would most likely decline an invitation for self improvement.

We should always remember that there’s no such thing as ‘over night success’. Its always a wonderful feeling to hold on to the things that you already have now, realizing that those are just one of the things you once wished for. A very nice quote says that “When the student is ready, the teacher will appear.”  We are all here to learn our lessons. Our parents, school teachers, friends, colleagues, officemates, neighbors… they are our teachers. When we open our doors for self improvement, we increase our chances to head to the road of success.

 

The 40 Hour a Week Scam

I saw this post on Facebook and thought I would share it. Purely because it is so true.

Go to school to get good grades, go to college get good grades, make a resume, BEG someone to hire you, work 40 hours a week for 40 years of your life making someone else's dream come true. Then hopefully try to retire 40% of your income (the average retirement rate is 73 years old in America and ONLY 2% of people are accomplishing it!

Most people die at 75), Go to Europe once with your wife, watch TV for ten years, die, 10 people show up to your funeral, 5 cry, life's OVER.

The educational system teaches our generation to live like robots and have limits on how much we can earn (hourly, salary)...

90% of this country were all entrepreneurs 30 years ago. Now there are no jobs and 14% of college graduates have a degree for no freaking reason!

Be your own boss, have 6 Saturdays and 1 Sunday, and help as many people as possible reach their goals and dreams. Take control of your life and create your own destiny or let someone else do it for you!

I'm not the brightest person in the world but I will NEVER settle for shit that does not satisfy me.

So how many people are involved in this Scam? It seems it's a world wide epidemic and anyone who try's to not be involved and try and change their lives for the better are ridiculed for it.

SlimRoast Coffee Arrived

THANK GOD my SlimRoast Coffee came. I was going NUTS without it. I actually thought whilst drinking it that it probably wasn't working for me.

Well I had 10 days off because I ran out of product and it allowed me to see the both sides of me on and off coffee.

On the coffee, my mood is better, I'm a bit more upfront and I appear to be LOUD lol. I have an abundance of energy, not happy overly done energy, just the ability to get off my butt and actually take charge for a change.

Not on the Coffee I really seen the difference, so did my wife and kids. My mood was a bit darker, my emotions were a bit all over the place, I could feel myself start to shut the outside out and withdraw back in to myself, I was "Snacking" more, even when my sugar level was high and I wasn't even hungry.

My Energy levels were getting depleted faster than the last few months.

I DO NOT Like who I am, or better still who I have become. Over the years I have let everything engulf me and take over. Politics, Memories, Thoughts, Smells, Music, People, The Kids School, everything that could get me I let it get me.

It is not a nice place to be, there is no break from it, it doesn't stop. Sometimes when I slept, in my dream I could be on a High but then I wake up and it's not the reality I was in a few minutes ago and it would bring me to the ground in a heart beat. Other times, I was so down in my dreams when I woke up, I couldn't come up because it made me so down, it would just carry on, sleeping or awake made no difference.

The ONLY Difference is - Reality. In the real world people couldn't understand what was going on with me because what happened only happened when I was sleeping, so it was kinda hard to try and explain it.

I have tracked my SlimRoast coffee everyday since I ordered it from Valentus. It was in London on Friday and on my table by Monday Morning. Now that is good going considering I live on the Isle of Wight.

I've been involved in a few Network Marketing businesses in the past.

• I've joined some because I like their product,
• I've joined some because I have been begged to join,
• I've joined some because i see an opportunity there.
• I've joined some because I trust the sponsor
• I've joined some because I have been told great upline and support

There are many reasons to join an opportunity, so with me joining and meeting new people all the time I have came across a scenarios that have made a real dent in income levels.

One of the biggest problems that I have came across is people leaving an opportunity. Don't get me wrong, it's fine to leave, if your not into it, or it's not you, or it's just not working then why be in it.

However, this has brought up a problem that I have seen. So here is what this post is all about.

You join a Network Marketing program, you start at the level you are comfortable with, most people that I have recruited have started at the bottom and worked their way up. So you work your way up to the level that you are getting a good income, and you think to yourself I will help my team, i will work with them and bring them up to my level, this will help them and in return it will help me.

Then you get an IM, an email or a Facebook Post, I'm not staying with this program I'm promoting a new program, when your commission comes in you notice that it's down and you notice you dropped a level.

What happened, you gave all your time to your team, you helped them, supported them so why is your income level just dropped, why is your rank lower this month.

HERE IS THE ANSWER

You didn't keep the prospecting momentum up. You ended up spending all your time SUPPORTING.

So here is what happens, you post your ad, FULL SUPPORT, Always there, 24/7 access. Did you know that  a question someone asks you takes them 2 seconds to ask but it could take you a few hours to answer, times that by your team and before you know it your not prospecting anymore your supporting.

Your team see you supporting to build your business so they start to copy what you do and they end up supporting, probably using you as well as a support desk along the  way. So they aren't prospecting either they are now in the support business.

Think about this, think real about this. What now happens.. You are no longer building your business, your team are no longer building your business, you are now in the support business.

It doesn't matter if your selling the best product ever, e.g AIR, you can't live without it.

YOU Are NOT Prospecting.

Your team are copying you because YOU are their leader, and you are leading by example. The example is supporting your team.

You didn't mean for that to happen you just got caught up, Monday became Tuesday, Tuesday became March, March became December.

NEVER Stop Prospecting. Setup systems, rebrand products, give away freebies, put links on y our blog, have your own named domain name, e.g http://ift.tt/1a0OmZJ, this way you can be prospecting all the time as well as supporting.

I don't just support my team here, if I am going to do anything, I put it on here for the world to see. I help and support many people not in my teams or programs because i am Networking all the time with them.

YOU Need to Lead By Example, if you do this then success for you, your team and your prospects is never far away.

Let me share here some very simple ways that you can do that.

• Get a Domain Name Here
• Get Good Reliable Hosting Here
• Install WordPress, a good looking theme and some plugins
• Automate your information with an Autoresponder Here
• Brand Yourself the Expert with a Good Membership Site

This is called your Foundation. Lay a good foundation NOW and you will reap the rewards for years  to come. If you want to build success then you have to be success and you need to lead that.

Many trainers besides myself have been asked this question over the years. I thought you might like to see what some of those answers were:

• Converting leads into prospects- Ricardo Araujo

• Faith – hard to build up, easy to tear down – Mark Mandela & Larry A Standridge

Here’s my answer:

The hardest thing to do in network marketing is to communicate correctly for the situation in front of you.

I think all these answers will ring true to each of us.  At some point or another who wouldn’t have answered that question with one of these?  They all happen and they all happen enough that they cannot be ignored. But what’s the one thing they all have in common?  Communication.  As you keep reading I think you’ll see why I’m stressing it as the common denominator.  Let’s have a look.

TURNING A LEAD INTO A PROSPECT: 

• How do you know what to say? What not to say?
• How do you know what to ask?
• How do you handle his objections?
• Can you get them curious or interested?
• If it is a purchased lead that you have to call, how do you know what kind of a voicemail to leave that will get that prospect to call you back?2

WHY FOCUS ON JUST RECRUITING & NO TEAM BUILDING?

• Usually it is because you don’t know what to teach first
• Sometimes because you feel so weak on your own skills, and that makes you afraid to teach
• You’re focusing on more recruits because that’s some communication skills you personally have and can do – so you “hobby horse”.

PEOPLE DRIVE YOU NUTS

• Why are they driving you nuts? Because you don’t know how to communicate what they need in that situation,  so  your frustration builds.
• They drive you nuts because you think the things that are happening are generated by them, not you.  (I know that’s a hard one to swallow – you’re the problem, not them – but that guy slammed down the phone on you . . . how could you be the problem?)

THE NEGATIVE SPACE BETWEEN YOUR EARS

• That space only fills with the negative when you have not been able to accomplish what you set out to do in the first place.
• Or because you came into this business with past failures that you still haven’t figured out how to turn into successes.
• What’s the common denominator?  Communicating correctly for that situation – past or present.

HARD TO BUILD UP, EASY TO TEAR DOWN

• That’s the space between your ears all over again.

You begin to see pretty clearly that it’s this thing about communication … it steers everything you do in network marketing.  Say one thing wrong,  you lose the prospect.  Over do it, under do it, answer with “apples” when they needed “oranges,” etc.- you’ll lose the prospect  It’s the underlying root problem to all of it.

If you are not sure about this, then please make a list of the last ten things that you struggled with recently. What do you see? Somebody didn’t sign up because you didn’t know how to handle an objection, they “didn’t have time”, they “didn’t have money”, they quit the business because it was “taking too much time away from their family”, they couldn’t stay with the auto ship because they couldn’t use the “supplements that fast”, on and on and on.  These are all failures to communicate for the situation in front of you. It’s what I try to focus on in Network Marketing Training.

Everything we do in Network Marketing is based upon our ability or inability to correctly communicate for the situation in front of us.

That’s what it always boils down to.  A lot of the troubles people have just starting out will be how you communicate to the leads so you can convert them, just as Ricardo has stated.  Then how to communicate to your new recruit so he can learn what to do.  Then for the person who is driving you nuts, it’s only happening because you don’t know what to be communicating so he won’t drive you nuts, and finally you would not be having any “head space or faith issues” if the other three hadn’t already happened.

And that’s why people use my network marketing training products not only for themselves, but for their downlines, new recruits, and even their leads. I focus on the underlying problem that creates all the other problems:  What to communicate for the situation in front of you.

That’s also the reason why any time you find yourself struggling, you can grab my training materials, listen to them again and see where you went off the rails and fix it.  You don’t need a new fix, you need the same old fix that always fixes it.

IN MOST THINGS “NETWORK MARKETING RELATED” WHAT GOT YOU SUCCESS IN THE PAST WILL GET YOU SUCCESS IN THE PRESENT AND THE FUTURE.

I have to say most things because this won’t always prove to be true in the internet marketing actions that you apply to your Network Marketing Actions, but anything not related to the online world,  you’ll find it is a pretty stable truth.  That means instead of going out and find some new widget to solve the problem of converting leads to prospects, all you have to do is log into your members area or pull out your CDs or DVDs and listen to what I have already shown  you how to do.  In other words,  you review, you practice and  you go and do it again.  (This does wonders for the “space between your ears”, and for the “waning faith” too).
